What if something I order isn't available?
Answer:
<p>There are occasions when either flowers are not available or we get notified by the grower that there is a quality concern.</p>
<p>We will contact you regarding any issues with your order by either email or the telephone number you provide. Please make sure that sales@portlandwholesaleflorist.com is marked as safe sender and that your voice mailbox is not full.</p>
<p><strong>Please pay careful attention to each flower's availablity.</strong> We show all flowers on the website whether they are currently in-season or not. Why? We have customers either planning or ordering for events many months out.</p>
<p>If there is no substitute we will promptly credit your credit card for what we can't get.</p>
